Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at support@carmd.com (Monday to Friday 6am-6pm PST excluding National Holidays) to initiate the return process. Please have your order ID number, delivery address, and zip code on hand before you call.

Receive Your Return Authorization: You will receive a Reference Number and it is crucial for processing your return. Please make sure the Reference Number is printed outside of the return box.

Prepare Your Package: Carefully package the product in its original packaging with all accessories and inserts. Include a slip with the following information inside the return box: (1) Order ID (2) Reference Number (3) First Name

Ship the Product: Follow the return instructions we sent via email and ship the product back to the address below:
