Digital Marketing Social Media Coordinator
- The Digital Marketing / Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, hourly position. This position requires strong online marketing skills including WordPress site administration, e-commerce, SEO, PPC, and SEO experience, social media marketing knowledge and prior management on business profiles and back end ad boosting.
- Develop an effective and measurable social media calendar, test engagement and track campaign success and failures to provide feedback for changes and versatility.
- Routinely review make adjustments on posting.
- Create, source and schedule social media channel content, and coordinate digital assets with a variety of departments
- Develop compelling and SEO optimized content for digital ad campaigns with in house resources to filter into back end of Word Press.
- Regularly deliver digital content through a variety of mediums including but not limited to WordPress sites, email marketing programs, social media scheduling tools
- Conduct promotional campaigns and post/boost accordingly on social media business channels.
- Able to respond to customer from messages sent from social media profiles.
- Track clients’ online reputation daily, including media wins and reviews, and coordinate actions and grow fan base.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with stakeholders, supervisor and account managers to create optimized brand experiences
- Stay abreast of digital technology and marketing trends, as well as competitor trends
This role requires fluent English, excellent grammar and communication skills. Ongoing knowledge of SEO/PPC /SEO and back end management for company profile, best practices and current web technologies is a must.
Required Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Skills & Experience
- Experience optimizing websites for search engines using Google’s current standards.
- Google certifications and back end management required.
- Proof with samples from prior social media business profile management
- Experience managing social media presence for business.
Desired But Not Required
- Graphic design (for web and print), and video production experience.
- Experience managing social media presence for business.
- Automotive aftermarket experience preferred in auto parts/digital enterprise services.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals in the automotive industry and aftermarket industry.
- Automotive and/or Automotive Aftermarket experience a plus
- Experience using contact management software to plan and accomplish goals (preferred).
- Highly self-motivated, ability to problem solve, quick to resolve issues and passionate about the automotive space to grow sales and portfolio.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe Applications.
- Able to multi task, prioritize, manage time, and effectively grow sales revenue channels.
- General management skills with in depth understanding of automotive key clients and their position in the industry.
- Eecommerce and technology savvy with strong computer skills and experience managing their own CRM office suites, including Excel, Word, PPT Etc.
